No bounced checks here as Donnie Moran collects the winners $30,000 for the 1997 World 100.
Here's something you won't see everyday...
YELLOW on Scott Bloomquist's car.
All the primary colors have appeared on the black and white symbol car with the exception of the color yellow. But on this rare occasion in 2000, for contingency purposes, an actual yellow Sunoco sticker had to be used.
Red, Blue, Green, Black, White appear on the car and in Scott's ying-yang scheme... except for the color known as being weak...
interestingly enough... Scott didn't win this particular race...

Speedweeks ~'97 at
Volusia County Speedway found a #s9 out of the north that
was just a year from making a big splash on the national
dirt scene...

Feb 2000 found some odd faces and numbers at Volusia County Speedway... while it says Wendell Wallace and its the #6m, for a couple of nites it was actually Oklahoma driver Raymond Merrill trying out the GRT House Car... while behind the wheel of the #1 Rocket House car was long time Rocketeer, Steve Francis.
Inside the cockpit of this Rocket Chassis car is a lil notice that can be found on most all chassis frames and inside completed cars...
